ATTENTION JUNIOR GIRLS: 

The Iowa American Legion Auxiliary Girls State Program is looking for three high school junior girls to attend Iowa Girls State. During this week-long event, the girls will elect a mayor and city councils. A Governor is also elected. This is a great “learn-by-doing” event to experience the political process first-hand. If you are interested in the Girls State Program, please see Dr. Tice in the counseling office. The deadline is December 1, 2009.

A NEW course is being offered this spring at Central Campus!

This class involves all aspects of the construction industry. For this spring, we are looking for 20 – 25 students primarily sophomores and juniors.  The class will take 3 periods: 5th, 6th, and 7th.  For additional information, download the flyer here.
